Emotional Literacy Support Assistants (ELSA)
ELSA is an initiative developed and supported by educational psychologists, who apply their professional knowledge of children's social and emotional development to areas of need experienced by pupils.
We have a team of trained ELSAs in school who provide bespoke support for children who have or are experiencing difficulties or trauma. They cover issues including friendships, self-esteem, mental health, bereavement and so much more.
